Am gandit despre periferie: περιφέρεια. Un marinar-matematician (William Jones), prieten cu Isaac Newton, gaseste in 1702 litera PI ca fiind potrivita pentru o constanta importanta: 3.14
Asa gandind, a aparut PI: ca sa-ti aduci aminte sa-ti (re)faci cercul cand e luna plina ;)
